Sedona - Beautiful, But Touristy

We finished our family and friends visiting in the Long Beach area and headed out Sunday morning for Sedona. We decided to take the more picturesque route - the 89A through Prescott.
The Korean Bell of Friendship in San Pedro, California

Happy we got a hike in with such a beautiful view!

The things you see while driving on the highway!
Sedona in the distance:

The weather report was calling for rain the next day so we pushed to get to Sedona for pictures. It did rain, but cleared in the morning so we were able to get even more pictures then.

The route to Phoenix led us past Montezuma's Castle which we visited as well. Now we are seeing as many people as we can in the Phoenix area and then we will do the same in Tucson before heading near the border in Nogales for our Friday crossing into Mexico!

Phoenix!

Loving life!
